Jabs, I'm glad you already knew what "first right of refusal was", perhaps my explanation was helpful to anyone that didn't. Many of us are still learning here...I know I am. Everyone has to make decisions based on their own research, experiences and comfort level. As I've said before, I really hope I'm wrong or I really hope that, in the end, the right thing will be done by Galloway and we can start seeing some real progress. Best of luck to all.
