Dominus Energy is legit company; although struggle to grasp the idea of how the oil and gas business works without its Founder and former CEO. They had an excellent CEO who was more of doer and lacked board members who where not qualified in oil/gas. Assets are real you can check them out on Texas Railroad Commissions site.

I used to work for the CEO when he was VP of Innodrill a drilling company. He was pretty good to us and made things happen when everything was falling apart at the hinges. He kept that company together. I would work for him again; my only draw back is; if you're not ready to work hard and bust your ass making each better he would let you know very quickly. He didn't really didn't waste time with politics. I would assume that was probably why he left his own company.

I would invest in doer rather a team of financial BS artist. My two cents couple yrs short!

trade4, I have made an assumption that the leases GWGI & NXPN are touting is the Adams Ranch property which the previous 6 scammers were peddling. Neither have specifically said it was, but the similarities are clear.

* The portion of Adams Ranch that the scammers have worked was 9000 acres. NXPN says 9000 acres. GWGI, 12,900 in one PR and "nearly 10,000" in another.

* Adams Ranch in over the Canyon Sandstone and Wolfcamp formations. NXPN mentions the same formations. GWGI lists the Barnett Shale, even though the formation is a few hundred miles north of Crockett Co.

* Adams Ranch is 25 mi south of Ozona. NXPN agrees. GWGI say it is "adjacent to Ozona", though they show the recently drilled wells as the Adams #1 Feed.

* Both say wells have been tested in excess of 325,000 cu ft /day. The wells drilled by GFCI were TESTED in that range. Beware of a company that is selling the idea of 20 some producing wells but only talk about what they were tested at. Folks, once a well has been treated and tested, the flow is all down hill from there. IMO, a reputable company would be up front as to the current production of all the wells. As I recall most of the 20 or so wells in this play are producing in the 125,000 cu/ft range. Work out GWGI's cash flow with their 10% interest in that bonanza!

My unsolicited advise to anyone interested in either of these companies is to call them and ask the name of the lease, well ID for wells being drilled and are permitted, target depth of wells, and daily production of the wells they are claiming an interest in. Don't forget the Texas Railroad Commission. A terrific DD source.

One of the favorite dodges of O&G scams is to say " Sorry, we can't give out that information. We are trying to lease additional property and don't want to alert the competition."

BS!!! This field was discovered in 1958 and has been drilled to death. There is marginal gas in the wells, but IMO,to be profitable it would take a Mom & Pop operation with several sons kicking in cheap labor. Not a bunch of Pinkies and a "Swiss Energy Company" selling millions of shares.

Thank-you back2basics! You have confirmed my gut feelings about Norex from the beginning. I'm sure many of these guys, that run penny stock companies, just re-invent themselves continuously and continue to scam a new audience of people. This is why it is so very important to BUY with a level head. Often times people so want something wonderful to happen that they are blinded to the facts that are right in front of them.
I was VERY stupid with GWGI, I did a little DD but basically saw and "heard" what I wanted and hoped for, not what was really written between the lines. It has been an expensive lesson, but hopfully, what I have learned will keep me from making bigger mistakes in the future. GLTA

I don't follow Galloway but I do follow the pink sheet shell game the Crockett County Texas gas play they are now pumping has become. Northern Exp came to my attention and I ran across Galloway while reading up on them. I'll paste in a post I made on the I-Hub NXPN board.

But first, here's an little note about how O&G savvy Galloway is.

In one of their PRs they stated that the Crockett Co play was targeting the Barnett Shale formation. For the past 4 or so years the Barnett Shale has been a very hot gas play. It's also been the buzz word for many O&G scams. Here's the rub. The Barnett Shale formation runs from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, westward toward Lubbock / Amarillo. Crockett Co is about 200 miles south of the formation. Check Wickapea. It lists the 17 Texas counties in which the Barett is found. Following is my Northern post.

I'm posting here because Northern is now PRing the Ozona property they recently acqired. As I've said, I know little about Northern ,but I think it is important that their investors and potential investors know who Northern is dealing with.

Jim Dial, former CEO of Grifco International is the King of the Adams Ranch scam. He hurt me and many others. I'm dedicated to hounding him and anything he has an interest in.

The property they are PRing is almost surely the Adams Ranch property in Crockett Co. That property has benn through the hands of at least 6 stock scams in less then 3 years. Millions of shares of the 6 companies have been sold on the back of Adams Ranch. Wells have actually drilled and gas produced. Not a penny to retail shareholders.

The fortunate thing about dealing with oil & gas companies in Texas is that there is excellent DD available to anyone that can dial a phone.

I advise those interessted in Northern to do the following.

1. Call Northern and ask If the property is the Adams Ranch. Ask who they have contracted with to produce the wells. Grifco used Remuda Production. As far as I know, a reputible company. Ask for the well numbers they are producing, drilling and have permits for. With the well and permit numbers you can call the Railroad Comission of Texas and get factual information.

If Northern is following Dial's play book, they will dodge your questions or obfuscate. Dial did not want shareholders caling the RRC. He hated independent DD. He actually passed the word that the RRC was threatening to pull all of Grifco's permits if GFCI shareholders continued to "bother" them. A flat out lie.

2. Call the RRC. They are very courteous and will answer questions when given proper ID of wells and permits. That is part of their job and they do it cheerfully.

Crockett Co. is in District 7C - San Angelo, TX. 325-657-7450.
The District Manager is Don Horner. If he doesn't answer the phone, the person that does will direct you to the information you are wanting. They can tell you the date a well was spudded, when it was completed, when it was put into production and regular production information.

If Northern is on the up and up, they shouldn't hesitate to give you the info you are asking for. GLTY.

Remember, there is the original Galloway Energy (the legit company) and then there is Galloway Energy Inc (GWGI) the Shane Lowry company. But, anything coming from Norex would cause me concern. I'm suspicious about them as their PR releases were almost identical to GWGI, they also used the same penny stock pumpers...and I still can't find out any info on Dominus.

Norex Acquires First Ozona Well; Reserves from JV Project With Galloway Energy Estimated at 10BCF

The well, which is in Crockett County, was drilled, cased, completed and stimulated in the Wolfcamp Canyon sandstone formation. Upon tie-in to the pipeline infrastructure, the well has been producing gas since May 2009 at 200,000 cubic feet per day. Galloway Energy Inc., Reno, Nev., (Pink Sheets: GWGI) is a partner on the well.

Norex says an estimate for in-situ gas reserves from the 20 locations total at least 10 billion cubic feet of gas, or 0.5 billion cubic feet of gas per well. The first well was drilled, cased, completed and stimulated in the Wolfcamp Canyon Sandstone

Norex president Mark Schaftlein says, This information provides us with real impetus as we proceed in our strategic planning. Our acquisition selection process is currently well under way, and this project is considered highly favorable for further exploitation. We are very pleased to find ourselves with such a fine collection of high-quality projects at such an early stage. We aim to move quickly yet prudently in order to fully capitalize our position.

The initial well is the first of 20 wells that will be drilled and completed on the leased acreage.

Hey Frankie, As I always say, what goes around comes around and you finally got yours! Next time when honest people are working hard to help others, you may want to stop and think before shooting off your mouth. At least now you are attacking the right people(GWGI), which is why I spent so much of my energy advising others what I was finding out, despite the fact I had already sold my shares. All along I had told the truth and I can tell you that I had many conversations with the FINRA Hotline after my initial call regarding Galloway. I directed them to this message board, where they collected a lot of additional information to help their investigation, so all the people who honestly shared their DD on Shane Lowry and Galloway get credit also for getting this POS company investigated. The biggest most interesting fact FINRA dwelled on was the fact that they intentionally took advantage of another Galloway with a lease in this Texas oil field. Something will be released soon regarding their final findings. So next time, take your frustrations out on the right person or persons, instead of attacking honest people who are trying to help all of us. I almost quit working on all this because of your personal attack and now I am glad I didn't, because I really felt bad for the people who got and will get scammed by this POS fraudulent company. I maybe either the biggest optimist or the biggest dummy, but I do have some knowledge of the penny market and of O & G companies. At this point I am not sure if something is up with this company but I would not say that the trading has been halted. If so the SEC would have had press on that before the day began. As for selling it is possible that there are pending orders for sales but right now this pinky has no market, If there is no orders for buying than it is extremely possible that the sell orders will sit. Brokerage companies might not want to take the paper on this right now. I have had this befoe tryong to sell but not able to execute because of nobody wanting to buy it. i had another gas company i was invested in mglg that i bought at .0004 2 weeks ago and used to come out with all kinds of exuses in the past. anyway the point that i was trying to make is any and all kinds of exuses could be made when it comes to this kind of investment, but im still holding on jabs.

1 week later they will come out with this release:t is quite unfortunate that we have been faced with long delays but we are pleased with the progress to date and anticipate production to begin in late 2009. The compressor has been set in by and we are in the process of tying in our lines to begin production. We have done done an incredible job meeting and working with Citiz representatives to resolve our issue with this well and will continue to focus on the production and revenue phase of the Lease. We anticipate that "Blending" the gas will ultimately reduce our BTU levels allowing us to continue with gas sales from this well. We are not alone on this, this area has several other wells facing the same issue and by working together we have tackled this problem and look forward to placing this well into production. The next coming weeks will be an exciting time for GWGI and its shareholders as we prepare to take in long awaited revenues from this well. It has been a trying time for all of us but we continue to work extremely hard in achieving a positive future for GALLOWAY ENERGY and its shareholders.

next press release will say: gwgi, galloway energy announces progress at the west texas gas well. The well had experienced some problems with the high BTU levels in the past and had been shut in. Work is progressing on the well to prepare it for the production phase. galloway energy is anticipating production revenues from this well for well into late 2009.



Management has been, for some months now, working closely with our operator, has set in a compressor to enable the operators to tie in the lines from the texas lease. There will be several other lines from other wells in the surrounding area coming into this compressor to achieve a blending process.



galloway energy has engaged the issue from Federal Regulators regarding the mandate on maintaining BTU levels of 1100 or less and has come to a resolution. They will be "Blending" the gas from the Lease with other wells in the area to achieve a lower BTU level and allow sales to begin.

Jabs, I'm glad you already knew what "first right of refusal was", perhaps my explanation was helpful to anyone that didn't. Many of us are still learning here...I know I am. Everyone has to make decisions based on their own research, experiences and comfort level. Forst of all I am very familiar with what a first right of refusal is. I may be just a little optimistic but I have to believe that galloway had infact exercised right and completed the deal. As I mentioned before I have been involved with other O & G deals and a small player will be held to silence as long as the majority player says, In this case that would be Dominus. they certainly have had some things going on that thye might want to keep the results of this well a secret. Until I am able to prove wrong doing or I am going to sit tight and see where this plays out
