The point is that the indictments DO NOT state that MATT BROWN used IHUB for illicit gain. That's the bone of contention.

I'm sure that's the bone of contention. That would make people think/know they could sue IHUB for money lost on the Matt Brown gang scams.

The more people that hold the opinion that Matt brown did indeed use IHUB either through proxy or unknown screen names. Improves the chance that IHUB will be sued, sooner rather than later after the criminal trial is over.

News Alert; They already know. Perhaps they should start getting a suit filed now. Get that discovery process underway.
