I am sorry that semantics only work for you in cases that support your arguments. I always thought semantics was an unbiased observation. If they were to need the funding to recover from bed underwriting, then I suppose they might have used words like "shore up reserves." And if they had excess reserves, and didn't feel that they needed to write additional business, I don't suppose they would have borrowed money and suggest it was to "increase writing capacity," but they could. I really think they would have required the money to shore up reserves and state that it was to "increase capacity" but then we do have quite a record of generating hot air from that side of the equation, so I suppose it is possible.

You don't think they intentionally placed that semantic hint to suck us in again, do you? They are such devious players, those guyswink
