I can't make it this year...again.

But I would like to offer a word of caution to the attendees.
last year there was a lot of pent up anger/emotion and for weeks before the event, posters were coming up with questions and challenges for SKS and the board. But SKS, the master of the misdirection play hit the attendees with a plan to sell Wavexpress for 30 to 40 million dollars.

The questions and challenges evaporated and most reports coming from the ASM were about the sale of WXP, the genius of SKS and how the share price would skyrocket as cash from the sale would drop to the bottom line, there would be no need for further private placements and happily ever after was just a short walk down the yellow brick road.

So please beware of the misdirection play this year. Beware that prepared remarks from the dias don't dissuade you from asking the tough questions. You know: the ones that get posted here evry day but never seem to get answered.

I wish I could be there but I have another commitment.
