I think one of the big issues here is that while many claim that EESO is debt free they have no real way of knowing just how much money the company may owe. They can not know since they have seen no audited financials.

I know common sense tells me that the reasons Jared gave for increasing the OS does not make sense if the other claims he and Mark N have made has any truth at all to them.

That leases only one thing. He needs lots of funds and needs then sometime in the near future, so you may very well be right about your statement here.
