NYT: "The unemployment rate was the highest in 26 years, the government reported on Friday, but the loss of 345,000 jobs in May, far fewer than expected, was seen as evidence that the job market was no longer in free fall." Uh, you can spin this either way. The NYT spin is that unemployment is increasing to record levels, but at a slower rate, so things are getting better. That's called PR spin, heavy spin.
