Matrix, if this is true, then the whole company is a SCAM...

I find it hard to believe that Urban is going to give away free shares to a number of shareholders.

The SEC would view this as the company itself giving away shares to PROMOTERS which is illegal, if not a bona fide service (see the consultant rule).

I ask that these people come clean..........
