The stock dividend will not be paid until 9/24. It's at that point (or a few days later) that investors expect to see shares of UCAD in their account. So actually the MMs have until then to cover any NSS (if there really is any to cover).

The dividend that may force a cover is the one on 8/31 since the date of record and pay date(so far) are the same. We have some more time to wait for this mythical short squeeze.
