You undercut your and Temps argument that WE are the ones being unreasonable by posting HAHAHAHAHHA ALL UR BASES ARE BELONG TO US type posts. Tecate has posted several articles by respected legal minds. Yale is after all one of the preeminent American legal schools.

There is a genuine grey area with regard to rebates and Anti trust law. The EU admits that Intel did not actually write contracts that excluded AMD and that its evidence is from emails that some sort of super secret conspiracy existed. Yet those same emails remain missing and so does the 500 page report. Not exactly confidence building...but the same efficiency the european tax payer has come to expect I suppose.
