OTC Equities Deletions 5/29/2009

May 29, 2009 On Thursday, May 28, 2009, FINRA published a general notice addressing the deletion of
approximately 51,000 inactive, suspended or expired OTC Equity securities from the OTC Reporting Facility
(“ORF”). Based on member firm and industry feedback relating to the bulk deletion, FINRA is postponing
the deletion effective date until Friday, July 31, 2009.
