FPG: really...

I guess they just let anyone in as a teacher at Yale:)

You haven't proven to me that the EU is doing anything BUT punishing a successful company for its dominant position. And the EU is hiding their 500 page smoking gun still...

And now they are saving the world from MS and their browser. Can anyone explain to me why the hell anyone cares about anti trust with regards to a FREE PRODUCT and a market that appears to be working just fine on its own(MS's MSS in the browser wars is down to about 50% now?).

The EU HAS NOT defined their guidelines. Believe me, if they had the Intel lawyers would have made sure it was in lock step with the rules. The EU anti-trustenforcement is much like the definition of porn right now: they know abuse of monopoly power when they see it.

This guy sounds eminently reasonable to me. The EU nixxing the Honeywell GE merger harmed consumers in my opinion. So will their next attacks on apple and google. Will you still support the EU when they hit those companies with record fines?

And WE STILL don't have the 500 page report on what intel did wrong. European efficiency...

This author is a YALE law professor. So where is your law degree from?
