As we have learned, the SEC knowingly took part in the sub-prime mortgage scam, or at the very least was incompetent enforcing its own regulatory laws. SEC + a company filing = not even a can of beans! Again, I would rather not have any filings in order to cut costs (which is exactly what GGII is doing) rather than to be shown falsified filings. lol ;) Try again.
