Well Golly Gee ... if No Filings = Cutting Costs ... GM should be first in line.

GGII has moved to Pinksheets from the OTCBB in order to benefit from the more lax reporting rules.
Now they can report what they want, when they want, how they want ... and it doesn't even have to be correct.
Just reasonable.
