I spoke with Jim today and I honestly think this is just panic selling.. They are pretty damned pissed about this as well and he asured me that Frank has not sold one single share of this company. He asured me that they have only added 2 million shares to the a/s and that's it........ So, I think this selling is from someone other than the company IMHO!!!
