Bruno was in Court for Effective Control Innovation for unpaid R&D contract (we still don't know exactly what ECI is doing, but that's irrelevent). Court procedures are very slow, so that he's now in Court for past actions, like it's the case for the BCS case, is not incompatible with the fact he left the ECT-ECN-ECI-EFFC Empire back in February.
