CRGN could be worth up to $3.15 per share

Read the PR...it says that there is a collar that the maximum amount of CLDX stock CRGN shareholders could get is 58.5%, which values CRGN's stock at $3.15. As of yesterday's close, CLDX's market capitalization was $130 million.
