It is now being rectified that I am now setting up another trading account with another broker, and NOT a discount broker.

We will attempt to do an ACAT transfer. At least I learned the entire subject so I could have them do it, rather than wait years like some have done until Global Locks are off.

You keep blaming ANVH when you should just blame yourself. You have invested in a Pink Sheet stock, pure gambling and have no one but yourself to blame, not the company.

Buy the sizzle, not the steak.......the old commodity and stock brokers battle cry !!

You got into ANVH for pure greed and now that it isn't going the way you want, they are the first to blame, not anyone else.

Try to learn what a global lock is in the first place, and who and what is affected and do all you can to get your stock out to another brokerage that still trades and clears the issue.

ALL ISSUES ARE ULTIMATELY CLEARED THROUGH DTC, so why is one affected by a global lock but not the other company ?

When the term gambling is removed from the trade, and the house now controls the game, then it's no longer gambling but a fixed game, like using loaded dice.

Learn for yourself. I did, and will now willingly pay 1 1/2% to trade each way and will come out ahead of those paying only $7 per trade. To sell my position with this other broker, since I did not buy it there, will cost me 3%.

Cheap at that, if you know the difference.
