The fraudulent website is the part of the reverse scam. This is intended to make ppl believe its a scam so that they sell their shares dirt cheap to the buying company. BTW, did you check out the real website. Very nicely done for a multi-million dollar company. Did you notice all the annoying bashers on the CC? No wonder he got fed up with them and disconnected. So sad to see this happening to such a promising company. All bashers should go to hell.
