Just a thought but wouldn't Charles have to file in California?...Hrct's place of business?....Also to hire a lawyer and possible court costs if he loses...Wasn't the original number about $40,000?....Far cry from the millions he was salivating over for a while there..lol

Seems to me this decision wouldn't help his cause much either....I'm sure Hrct isn't sweating over it...Like I said, whatever games are being played with the shareprice will be overcome by Hrct's move toward profits....Gotta be patient..
