ASISEEIT, I agree they seriously need to bring some new blood directly to the board. Inman, as I understand the PR, was brought on to accelerate efforts to close major deals with government and related entities. This is one welcome dimension of change, but with the possible exception of Gilder, Wave needs to go further with a multi-dimensional influx of new talent.
