1. It was new in 2000

2. Drip pan in now and yes to the drain

Thought about "tankless" or "on demand" plumbers I spoke with not convinced other than maybe for a "cottage."

This whole place is torn apart now. I'm on my knees typing this, think we'll go fishing next couple of days.
