Mine will cover everything except the water tank. Adjuster is gone now and I'm waiting for the restoration crew.

Wetter than I though. 6" up the drywall, carpets all have to be lifted and the liners or whatever they're called under the carpets either replaced or dried out. Don't know yet what all they'll want to do.

Guess they can do all they want. $500 deductible.
