Could be buys, could be sells..hard to say..I know for a fact that the buy/sell graphs are not telling the whole story..Months ago I had bought a few and they actually dropped the price and it was listed as a sell right along with the 100,000 daily trade..So who knows?..jmo

As far as the R/S goes..They did have an opportunity to do it a while back..They decided not to do it..Will they try again or involve others that can help Hrct build?..I don't see many options..Their income has been okay and they have investors that have provided some cash to them..but are they in a position to purchase other schools?..The encouraging point is that someone did step up and provide Hrct $800 thou..They must have more info than we do..I expect we should hear something before too long..There would have to be a plan to move this forward..JMHO
