I have taken the time to actually find out what's going and I can tell you that you are wrong on both number 1 and number 2 of what you "think" will happen.
They ARE going to release the 10K. It probably won't be today though but the day isn't over. The 10Q is already done but there is an order to how filings get released. The 10K should be before the 10Q. That is why they filed the extension on the 10Q.
At any rate, BOTH filings are coming out. There were a lot of good things that happened last year so it's kind of crazy to say the company isn't going to release the 10K because it's full of nothing but bad news. Fully reporting companies don't do that anyway. To remain in compliance they put out their filings as they come due and it makes no difference whether they read good, bad, or indifferent, they still release them or they fall out of compliance. That's not to say there won't things in the 10K that could be better but they doing their best. It's a start up company, things take time come to full fruition.
"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
