Well, this company is wishy washy at best. If they wanted to release the 10-K, why haven't they by now? I am almost positive it's still not "at the auditor's office".
Two things that I think are possible:
1) the company has no intention of releasing the 10-K, or
2) the company has delayed releasing the 10-K because it is full of nothing but bad news.
Either way...it will be bad news. Then, even if they do release the 10-K, we will lose the "e" a day later just to gain it back when the Q1 report isn't filed on time. This gives them another 30 days to play around and then the cycle will be repeated again and again.
But this isn't fact, just my gut feeling.
I hope I am wrong.
