I beleive that the key member has many years of experience from what I was reading! As for Sapphires in Madagascar, I was reading tha the liken this to the gold rush in the US. There are articles regarding how much sapphire is there. As for working with the Madagascar government, that is something I know nothing about. JMHO!!!
