Sapphires in Madagascar? Oh yeah. I once followed a very funny scam involving them. ABFG, I believe it was. Even if the company is making a genuine effort to work there, dealing with the Madagascar government is a nightmare, to say the very least.

And if Gerald Sklar is by any chance involved, well....

Who among the officers of this company actually knows something about mining??
