I think the lawyers on both sides are working over time. Imagine going home to a wife and kids with this case on you mind?

The winners are going to go down in history and the losers are going to get paid but they will feel set up for failure. I don't doubt a few will live with a complex for years.

I mean, just how big is this case? Huge. And who is defending JPM? ON what grounds. Who are those people... even the FDIC says they didn't sell the 4 B deposit to JPM.

So, if you were a JPM lawyer how would you explain in a moment or two over coffee on Monday morning what you were doing at work today? LOL

So, no one at JPM knows what the judge is going to rule. Okay?

And with that simple fact in mind, if you were Jamie Dimon would you be battening down the hatches or sitting back with your feet on your desk smoking a cigar?
