If it was a deal that essentially gave Russia control over large amounts of Iraqi oil with no American interference and made Bush look like a clown everywhere else in the world except to a gullible American public I am sure they would shake on it. I bet they would settle for total control of everything North of Baghdad. That way the Americans still get the bigger half<G>

Since the war party already has Kerry promising a "better war" than Bush why should they make the thugs in Moscow a good deal?
