Good question.

So what happens to the sp when Koch's (if it is his) shares are finally all sold?

To which there isn't really an answer. It depends on what else is happening when the selling ends. If there's good new or successful new hype, the stock will go up. If there's bad news or no news, the stock will go down or stay flat.
