The question for me is whether the company can survive. If they have to raise cash, they probably only need a little to get by because they will have scaled back. I think they could scrape together a small amount from somewhere.

My guess is revenue has bottomed so likely survival means growing revenue in the future. I still see this as a weak hold. If the stock see 40 cents again, then fundamentals may call for continued hold or a sell.
