Well first we have to agree that if someone is selling a block like that then CMKX is simply a large scale pump & dump. Personally I DONT believe that and those shares are just part of the mystery that goes with this company.

Maybe JEFF is selling for Koch...why would you think not?

Think about it...if you're running a scam of this magnitude and are going to dump huge amounts of stock wouldn't you want to hide it from all those watching. Why would JEFF draw this much attention to him self by solely posting on the ask and making it seem he is selling billions and billions. If I were Koch, or anyone else for that matter, I would go to multiple MMs and I probably wouldn't even post so strong on the ask; just make it look like you are behaving as a normal MM. I would probably have 3 or more MMs post my shares on the ask while I used another broker/dealer to sell slowly into the bid. I would spread my selling out and let the price run as well. Why not let the price go and make more $$$? That doesn't mean this isn't happening, it just seems to be too obvious for me to believe there is a large scale "dump" going on.

Those large chunks could be the 'big boys' who realize CMKX could become a huge play or it may be trades between market makers trying to spread out a large order. Honestly, I don't know but plan on finding out soon...
