March 25th, 2009 was the date of record for RTK stock holders in order to vote in the 18 May 2009 shareholders meeting. This meeting could have some fireworks, since the company is putting everyone through the hoops/ringer in order to enter or even ask a question. No electronic devices will be allowed, and I believe you have to prove your identity as a stockholder in order to enter. If you want to ask a question you need to put it in writing, and then they'll screen the written questions to answer the ones most beneficial to them I suppose. All very cryptic and a shame to us longterm shareholders. In fact, quite disgusting.
