I wasn't following CMKX then. I purchased my first shares in early April.
I was referring to the recent number of company profile/promotion sites/newsletters, because these profiles/promotions have been one of the topics of discussion on the board recently. Therefore...IMO your statement is moot.
My reason for referring to the "recent" had a great deal to do with this bit of information being "excluded" from mention in the article by stockpatrol....as well as the Greenbaron profile mentioned by matrix (in the post I was originally responding to).
Frontrunning. I'm sure you realize the s/p has stayed pretty constant for quite an extended period of time. Therefore if these promoters "loaded up" at .0005 .0004 .0003 even .0002 (and given the time frames I'm pretty sure this is the case)....then our definitions of "frontrunning" differ.
In other words....their subscribers have buying opportunity at those same price levels or very close to those levels....an even playing field ie buy in around the same average s/p....sell when the time is right for them.
Remember...they bought their shares from the market just like other retail investors did....none were compensated with discounted shares....or for that matter....compensated with shares in any form...or cash.
Naturally all I have to go on for my opinion is their individual disclaimers.
So...no...that is not my definition of frontrunning.

Just my thoughts opinions etc etc etc.
Nobody should buy hold sell or do anything for that matter based on my thoughts/opinions on anything.
