Sounds very vital and serious -- how are they going to raise this dilution they've been warning you about when there's only 1 bid at .23 and the next is at .20? Doesn't seem liquid enough with a collapsing share price.

Maybe issue shares at .05 or less? Even then it's a big risk to anybody daring enough to buy into it IMO
