All it means is that they are STILL actively looking for dilution financing but haven't found any yet because nobody wants to buy shares of this sinking junk even at a severe discount.

They are, however, ACTIVELY looking for dilutive financing warns the 10Q. I didn't see anywhere in the 10Q that suggests we shouldn't take seriously what they are actively looking to do.
