Snackman, I do not "bait". I believe in only what I can verify. Speculation is NOT due diligence. inferrence is but a guess just as any other.

unless i'm mistaken, you have faith in the future of this co. (in contrast to my faith in a future in which Wave's IP is monetized).

to "believe" in anything other than that which is factual and verifiable, is a recipe for failure.

your trust in management is nice, Snackman. hope you don't forget that there's many players ready to fleece those who too tightly embrace "trust, hope and faith"

optimization of the capitalist framework to most effectively monetize Wave's IP is the foremost concern on any investor --
to date, SKS & co. have not demonstrated capability to just that, monetize Wave's IP (note: empty Wave coffers, but for issuing new shares!). That is reality, or as you say, like it is.

so, to respond to your defense of barge: i'm not here to be nice; i'm here to learn, possibly offer insight, and voice my opinion honestly and respectfully.
