Great, thank you for the response. I agree, they are rather responsive to e-mail. They responded when I emailed them asking to backfill SPSNQ after the delisting and had it fixed the next day, which was nice. It would just be nice to not have these little bugs or if there was a way to fix it through routing to a different streamer server or something..
