Thanks Howdy, it has nothing to do with me trusting or not trusting you, I'm just trying to independently confirm what that trader told you and learn something at the same time.

I've been familiar with 15C211 and the piggyback rule for some years, or thought I was, seems there may be more to it that I thought, although to date my research has been confined to reporting pinks just moved or trying to move to the OTC.

I doubt that the SGTI trader would lie to you, no reason for him to do so, he may be correct, he may be mistaken, I'm just looking for confirmation of which it is....obviously if he gave you that line about accounting for the shares he is familiar with CMKX.

If he's correct, then there is no MM short or long and a few people's theories are out the window....that doesn't mean there is no short at all as the possibility does remain that hedge funds could be, although I don't see how or why they would be willing to put up the margin, or the worst kind of short, the ones that have the vehicles in hand to cover already, meaning, they don't have to cover on the open market, and hence no squeezeee.

I do wonder why pinksheets.com do not identify CMKX as non qualifying as they do with some others.
