Hi reg,

I worry about that scenario. If things keep slipping out, and they have kept slipping out for years now, wavx may be in the position where if there is another round of funding, they have to give up something major. It happens.

I would consider giving up control of the BOD as a god send. I'd probably double my position if we suddenly replaced the BOD with folks from the industry or an investment bank. It would guarantee accountability from management, across all levels, which is something we sorely lack. Oh please!! Let this happen!!

It'd be a big negative if we had to fork over IP. We don't have that much to spare. However, selling waveXpress would be great. It's a drain on the burn rate and hasn't contributed to revenues ever. Plus, it's not wavx's core business anymore.
