well put...IMO and just my opinion, it is in the FDIC and JPM interest to settle before May 20th, if a judge grants WAMU permission to sift through their sock drawer, (so to speak)wamu may find a smoking gun and have a stronger case, force a larger settlement, or worse case for JPM not agree to a settlement, and take it all the way.
I'm in for the long haul, settlement, long court battle or otherwise DIMON needs to be taught a hard lesson.
