The news about JPM cutting their losses and avoiding a costly fight with WAMU? I would love to hear that news, then we can all get along with making money. The bottom line is that JPM has everything to lose and WAMU has everything to gain and nothing more to lose than they alreayd lost. So it would be in JPM's best interest to give into some of WAMU's demands and avoid a costly fight, because in the end there is no way for JPM to "hold this hill". There is no way for JPM to leave this arena without looking like a total POS unless they restore WAMU and take a percentage of their "thunder". That's the smart thing, JPM is losing 100+years of Good Will and "namessake" when they trash the "Velvatine Rabbit" we all know and love called WAMU.
