Quick comment....I've had three different test sells go through at the fifth decimal...in one case the sell was for .0006 and it filled at .00065. Now none of the retail buyers that I know can use the fifth decimal - Ameritrade won't allow it - so while I'm not complaining about the extra couple of bucks, I still don't understand what's being accomplished except that the MM's are trading with their own agenda............it's not retail offers so it's MM's exclusively, yes? The best buy and the best sell match-up can only be between MM's at the fifth digit.... I've never dealt with a stock before that used the fifth decimal so it's new to me.....every other stock I've traded occasionally filled at a better price but never at a price that could not be offered by a retail buyer or seller. Since the fifth digit is not available to us I'm just puzzled, which is absolutely nothing new for this baby but any thoughts?????? TIA
