I see that PA has dropped from 12.8 to 11.3. Let's assume that 1.5 went to Medarex. I think they could have collected another million in the open market especially during that spike. Perhaps they didn't report when they only had a couple hundred thousand(I don't know the criteria). At any rate they own them now and between the 2 they have 53% so whoever may buy IDMI needs their approval. We're just along for the ride. One other thing. these guys could make a bid for the remaining 47% of the shares. If they offer $8 a share that's only approximately $110 million. They get 100% of the company and then could resell it to a 3rd party for 500 million. Talk about a HUGE profit. I mean I would do ok but PA and Medarex would make mad money on their investment. Their percent gain would be much higher than ours. This could be the end game. Hey I'd take $8 a share. Sure I'd like more but in the end $8 for the entire stake makes it worth approximately 240 million. Let's say they offer us $15 a share. That still only cost them $195 million for the 47% outstanding. They would only do this if they could turn around and sell the company for say 7-800 million. They make out like bandits and so do we.

It's a win win scenario. I can dream can't I ;)
