Could not find Medarex listed a major holder until now in filings.. Maybe they were buying that lead to the rise up to 2.50 recently. but total volume during that time was in the 100K shares a day for the most part.. Doesn't seem to be how they acquired all the 2.6 mil shares. I'm wondering if Palo sold them some shares and if so why? Not seeing Medarex as major holder until April 30, leaves me wondering where (open market does seems likely) and why they bought in.. Maybe I am not looking hard enough and MEdarex has been a holder longer, but not seeing it. .. Yahoo profile http://finance.yahoo.com/q/mh?s=IDMI medarex is not listed as a major holder. palo investors LLC has 9.9 Mil as of dec 08 and palo healthcare fund has 2.9 as of aporil 1 09, which we know they sold some at that time. The still does not match the 11.3 mil listed in the 4/30 1o K a filing. The number of shares is not adding up, and medarex not being listed as major holder previously that I can find, leaves me asking.. if medarex bought shares from Palo, and then some on open market... and then why?? Maybe Palo is investing in Medarex too and together the two can own over 50% without as much stipulations from potential buyers or "strategic partners" than if Palo itself owned over 50%.
