Does it matter that someone cares?

Why do so many people here want EC to fail? He has already, barely keeping the mine afloat. Have you seen the B/K docs. I have been on the creditors side in a BK and believe me we fight for everything we can get.

The mine has coal. I think this argument is not anything personal (maybe from the negative side), but more of a business opportunity. Can it be made profitable? Can it be done by QMLM? If not, then who?

Let me ask all the bashers this?

If you could buy the mines outright, say for $4 million, free of liens, BK, creditors etc. (but with royalties, as dictated by TN law), would you?
