actually i thought about it some more. no one can get more than 50% so PA is happy in their position. Medarex most likely wants more. If they could increase their position to 30 maybe 40% at these low prices(remember they can control the price and are doing that now) then they can afford to pay 10-15 bucks a share for the 5-10 million shares outstanding. They and PA can take the company private. They pay only 75-150 million for the compnay if they can gain another 30% of the shares. Those of us longs that held out get rewarded those that didn't kick themselves.

mark this post. We will be driven much lower. I think it will be more along the lines of a few cents each day to get longs out with no hope of up days. notice that any buy on the ask is immediately met with a sell on the bid. PA and Medarex own our collective butts right now. Heck we may see .25 a share by the end of the bloodletting.
