no they couldnt do that things have to be transparent and open all the sec cares about is disclosure and abuses like that would be a security litigators wet dream.....to do all that and PA get 50 million not gonna happen when they can easily let newsflpow come out and talk the stock up to well over $12.00 IMHO on its own....
