Bearmove, I did not get back to become a bull until the March low, you must have forgotten my call o get out early in January, since that call (and reiteration everytime we dipped under 1900) the Naz is down about 50 points, certainly not a disaster, Furthermore, on each of the three ralies from these sub 1900 visits, profits were religiously taken (typically going to 25% to 35% cash), and cash cows like HANS (another quad bucker on it today, $6 plus since the first of the month and $38.50 since I started playing that one in May, that "terrible period"), QCOM, ZBRA, TASR, NVEC, CCMP, CRDN, ADSK, ADBE, MRVL, COO, and even SNDK (another post earning quad bucker to refresh your memory), compensated for the minor losses taken on BIIB and the losses (paper losses) still "on the books in LSCP and LCAV (which by the way, are dwarfed by what was taken from these two earlier, in the March/June period. When necessary, I take the losses (like FARO today), when mistakenly, (LSCP and LCAV) I think the stock have been punished too much, I may change the strategy and wait for a more opportune time. You just don't know what you are talking about. When this thread becomes despondent, I typically go "fully loaded" and it works...under 5% cash right here from 25% plus last week.
Just two days ago I mentioned that I was still above 20% (#msg-3720862), most of the time going to 25% was due to taking some very nice profits... I don't think we are at a point were a major break is due...so near these bottoms I load up.
